After listening to the SCH recordings, here are my comments for our section:

Overture no, 1:
3 bars before B, crash cymbal MUST be more accurate, exactly at the downbeat. DONOT hesitate.
The bar before H, suspended cymbal roll has to come out louder.
Last 2nd bar, snare drum roll can be more intense.

Star of Dreams:
Beginning bars, Chimes can be louder. Suspended cymbal have to come out more. Crash cymbal have to be louder and let the cymbal ring.

Bar 19 onwards
Downbeat of crash cymbal cannot be late. Snare drum must be more constant. Marimba have to get into tempo immediately.

Bar 76
Everyone watch ms chong and COME IN TOGETHER.
Do take note to decrescendo...

Bar 132
Start out softer, especially the accents. Then gradually increase in volume and intensity. Do not cover the french horns.
Bar 137
Suddenly LOUDER! Just whack the drum and cymbals.
Continue to look at ms chong for the next bar.
Bar 138
Everyone must WHACK exactly, accurately at the downbeat.

Bar 145
Everyone roll louder here. Listen to the music, feel the tempo.

Bar 154
Same as bar 76, everyone must come in together. Change instruments swiftly.

Ending 2nd bar
Cymbal crash dont be late.
